- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

- Exchanges: We happily offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
✨ Quick Note for Our Style-Savvy Community:
To ensure the health and safety of our community (especially for our Baby and Kids items), and due to the intimate nature of certain products, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Specialty Footwear that shows signs of wear
- Jewelry that has been personalized or engraved
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase
The Simple Step-by-Step Process
1 Initiate Your Return or Exchange
Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template below to make it super easy.
2 Wait for Our Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this RMA number.
3 Package Your Items Securely
Place the items in their original packaging if possible, include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. For Bottoms, Outerwear, or Sets + Jumpsuits, please ensure they are folded neatly.
4 Ship Your Return
Take your securely packaged return to any postal service or courier. We recommend using a trackable service. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
5 Let Us Handle the Rest
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation for every step!

Refunds: When & How
We process refunds with the same care we put into curating our Bags and Boots collections.
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Method: Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated by us. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
