All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We offer two reliable shipping options to serve our global community (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia):
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Cost: $12.95 (flat rate).
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
- Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Our Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and hassle-free—just like your shopping experience.

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

- Exchanges: We happily offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
✨ Important Note on Final Sale Items
To ensure the health and safety of our community (especially for our cherished Baby and Kids items) and due to the intimate nature of certain products, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Specialty Footwear that shows signs of wear
- Jewelry that has been personalized or engraved
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase

The Simple Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to make it easy.
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please do not send anything back without this RMA number.
Place the items in their original packaging if possible. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. For Bottoms, Outerwear, or Sets + Jumpsuits, please ensure they are folded neatly.
Take your securely packaged return to any postal service or courier. We recommend using a trackable service. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation for every step!

Refunds: When & How
We process refunds with the same care we put into curating our Bags and Boots collections.
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Method: Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. Please note it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
