All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate fee of $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS on all orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of order placement. Your card will be charged upon order confirmation.

Pricing and Availability:

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product availability at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

5. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Process: Initiate by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Do not ship returns without an RMA number.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Offered for size or color, subject to availability. We cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
• Return Shipping Cost: Borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/defective item).
